HEALTHY DIET FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS

After you wake up before you actually brush your teeth.......... Have 3-4 lead's of GARLIC..... (It helps in BURNING FATS.....& after half an hour drink water)After a glass of water Take Nimbu PAni without sugar but add a spoon of honey in that... (To avoid dehydration)Have A glass of orange juice in the breakfast.... (avoid bread oily food....... ghee.... butter... ) You can also take a glass of MILK it gives your body strength............ and take a table spoon of NUTRILITE PROTEIN FROM AMWAY with a glass milk or water (It contains 80% protein)............Before 20 min to lunch drink 1 Ltr of water atleast........ In lunch have 3 roti's with whtever sabji you have avoid oily stuff........... Avoid rice in the lunchTry to have as much as sprouts in your food as possible............Try to have salad's .........or fruits..........drink as much as water you can..... coz when you drink more water you eat less...........And at the same time when you are taking Milk, Protein , juice , salads, fruit , it maintains nutritional value of the diet..............Avoid lots of coffee or tea.......... (one cup in the morning and one cup in the evening will be ok....... but not more than 2 cups a day.........Before 1 hr to dinner have a glass spinachcum tomato soup...........In the dinner you can have........... Rice dal again i tell you avoid oil......but you can have a tea spoon of ghee on your dal rice .......And before going to bed drink 2 glass of water and a glass of milk.....NOTE : ( Max stress is on Avoiding OIL and fatty stuff.......... Max intake of liquid and water..... I have given one teaspoon of ghee to be added in the dal rice of your dinner that is just because.......In a day to day life When you work you energy gets wasted up ...... you burn fats but for a good Metabolism you need fats too...... not in more but atleast in a small amount ....so do not totally remove fats from your diet)
