Harmful exercises not included in professional bodybuilding programs

Hi bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts,

Advice for a patient suffering from chronic neck pain

Even neck and back pain can be caused while doing bodybuilding and weight training so in order to avoid this and prevent this from happening, you can change your posture and gym habits. Try to lift slowly and light weights if you are suffering from acute neck pain or back pain but if you are suffering from severe and chronic back and neck pain, go and meet your physician or a good chiropractor and do not engage in strenuous activities in gym or anywhere as this can increase your problems.
